LOLA can't find boot/config.rc

Try to tick those services that this CPU was loaded before eg. VOIP, Call Center. Because if you have ticked something extra or missing, somehow Lola recognise that error

I met this problem before jast put the download folder to this bath C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents \ and share it .

It is quite sufficient to use not a long directory path ant to share the folder manually with full read/write access.

Does the cpu have a voip board on it?

If your pc is running XP, make sure your logged in with a account that has admin rights, and this login must have a password assigned. Logins without passwords, XP will disable file sharing, no matter how you have the folders set up.

close ur anti virus and firewall and also check that you should not have more then one ip in you tcp/ip setting. and also check you pc if there is no virus

I hve seen the issue several times. It seems to be a problem of rights to read the software.
When you start your LoLa you have a local user account created. The LoLa user is not member of any groups, so it is a good idea to assign it to the administrator group. Some time you have to share the folder where your software is located ( the folder over downloadingitems)

I had the same problem with a CPU-4 running 710/022.001

I extracted the folder containing the software again and it worked.

same here i encountered that already. and all i need is sharing the download folder. the BOOTP Desktop, TFTP Desktop, Config file.. then when im performing my lola again it worked hundred percent.

I am currently having this problem 'cannot find config.rc'. I read through all the posts here and I have done all that is suggested already and still have problem. I have escalated through TAC L3 support and it is suggested replace the CPU which I am waiting for and will try to perform upgrade in lab. I am not confident that the CPU is the problem. LoLa is not my friend at this point:(

If anyone has any other suggestions it is greatly appreciated. thanks for the 'black art' doc very useful with screenshots...

I will update when new cpu arrives.
