About actis quotation software license

hi everyone:
a customer of us show me a request, list same OXE expansion items , but i don't know how to get the actis price about one of these items which named "software license for Physical users up to 50 users" , and its Qty is 1 .
anyone could help me? show me the license item code , such as " 3BAxxxxxxxxxx" , and the function about this license ?
my actis version is 12.1.0, and i don't know the version of actis that make this license.
