Hi. During the spring I have experience Explorer.exe problems on my computer. The scenario is that after I have logged in with ctrl-alt-del the computer never shows the desktop “Explorer.exe”. After a while it comes a memory error that points out the Eplorer.exe process. We have had HP involved to check the pc and changed components and reinstall the pc 3 times. During the different reinstallation we have changed both hardware and include/exclude some software and so on.
The last time I excluded My IC, so far so good.
But now when I saw the new update of My IC in 565 I understand what has caused the problem.
