Official IPDesktopSoftphone 4068 Emulation will be supported since g1.302.5 (8.0)
Before there is a problem with the flag IP Softphone Emulation, you can use the Trial Version of IPDS and set the flag to No.

Update to R8.0 g1.302.6.e or 7  and you MUST use Windows XP!

OPS Flag 328 is the correct one for normal stations.
OPS Flag 329 is for Agents only.
And I can write it again: R8.0 and XP are mandatory. (That's my information)

Just read the mgr online help for the field mgr - Users - Go down - TSC IP User - IP-Softphone Emulation:

Code: Select all

0: the subscriber type is a real IP set.
1: the subscriber type is a PC with IP 4037 emulation
This attribute is controlled by software lock :
the software lock 329 (IP-Softphone Agents) must be bought by CCD set
or the software lock 328 (IP-Softphone Emulation) must be bought for the other types of set.

Jean Marc,

Est ce que tu as essaye d'alle dans les preferences reseau, et de desactiver toutes les interfaces a part ton wireless ?

Sur mon PC j'ai vmware, et le softphone essaye de prendre les addresses virtuelles et/ou VPN.

No way to fix this problem on R7.x...

Fixed last week by an upgrade of the OXE to R8.01...

Thanks

Is there a way to get last release, we are having only IPDesktopSoftPhone 4068 version 2.0.1.0 and sometimes having issues to connect our Alcatel PBX.

Many thanks in advance.
