No Voice Transmission of DECT sets

Hi,

I have a have just installed Alcatel DECT 100 sets at an Hotel site with OXE (crystal hardware). When I call from DECT set to another (wired or wireless), the other party will not hear me (no voice transmission) and I will not be able to hear them too.

It rings and behaves as if everything is perfect except for this voice transmission issue!

Please help me someone!

Did you follow the installation steps of a DECT system? Are you trained to do this (have you installed other DECT system till now?).

Post your DECT configuration and system software release.

Very strange - I hear about such problem first time. What release in you system? Try to install another set (f.e. GAP).
Do you have some incidents about this?
Try to manage base station to another board (or replace board).
