problem with our phones and OXO

Hi experts,

Good Day!!!
everytime I turn our OXO ON most of the time our Phones will not turned ON while its FAN led does. If I'll try to ping the OXO from my PC there is a reply. Does everyone has the same experience? Please advise!!!!

Hi tot3nkopf,

I found out that my OXO's Hard Disk has a problem. Good thing I have a spare Hard Disk for my OXO!!! When I exchange the Hard Disk the phones seems okay they won't suddenly turn off anymore.
