In old days, if websoftphone was purchased then My phone XML API licenses were given for free.

Did this change ? There are no My Phone API licenses in your lic file ?

We have an internal issue for this, on file license there is the XML API however by some reason commercial guys told me to act like if there was none...don't ask me why

haha yeah, I don't know exactly what has happened on the overall solution design, price fight, yes, no and returns...this customer is very "special" and sometimes attack us and our beloved alcatel because some pro-shitco want to take us off in very bad ways...

Oh no, not my job, however when I arrive there to see what to install you find all this stuff...Sales guys are useless, and pre-sales guys eat all the job, and they are good but they are not octopus...
