Set Registration prefix

Hello,
I have a new OmniPCX Enterprise system, R8.0.1. I am new to supporting this system, and learning as I go. When the system was installed, we could dial #02 to unregister a phone. Now our IT HQ has had the vendor in making changes, and this feature is now gone... I cannot figure out where to configure this feature again... Our local vendor suggested checking "CoS for the user" and "Set Registration" but I cannot find this.... Can anyone help me out?

In the user parameter you will find "phone feature category" or "class of service" depending and the language used (GEA or US).
Go in the category (or class of service) menu and select the one specified in the user, here you will find "set in/out of service" parameter, set it to 1.
