Access to messages on 4635 in damaged mode

Hello, On custommer site we have some problems with making a backup of the 4635 voicemail. The ftp command 'get sbr.sbz' results in an empty file. According to professional services this is caussed by the system because it's running in some kind of damaged mode. We don’t see Linux partitions, and /dev/ram0 is mounted as type minix which should mean partitions are not correctly mounted.

Is there another way to retrieve the messages and annoucements? I've found the pcupload tool to upload the messages, is there a tool which does the same the other way around? Download messages?

Have you tried to upload the database via swinst? It might have the same result but I'd try it if I were you.

Same issue, the file created is zero bytes.
