4059 IP operator USB keyboard problem

The 4059 operator with USB keyboard comes up with an error at least once a day: kbd_uti. The operator software then says to have lost communications with the keyboard. It all runs on XP pro sp3. Anybody any ideas?

Maybe a driver issue. I've heard that version after R5.0.4 have problems. Downgrade it to R5.0.4 if possible.

Thanks for the reply Ghuntar but We have R5.0.4. I've changed a few settings in Windows firewall. Till this moment no errors reported. I hope this is the solution. I'll wait another week and if still no problem than that was it. I'll post my findings.
