Hi guys,
I'm currently stucked in one of my customer's case for OXO.
The customer is running OXO R5 with OHL as well as IP Call Accounting.
Currently I'm having issues with third-party systems where no IP calls are captured on their system.
I tried using hyper terminal to capture the call accounting tickets with the OHL drivers on. But nothing came out. Anyway for me to rectify this or troubleshoot it ?
Alcatel OXO PMS integration is quite new to me as this is the first time though I have done numerous for OXE.

Re: OHL Link Problems
If you are using R5 you should use OLD not OHL. This generates a file ticketcollector.xml (normally saved to C:\Program Files\Alcatel\OHL Driver)so it is normal that you are not getting info via hyperterm (you would only see this if collecting call records using v24)

Re: OHL Link Problems
To be more precise, this customer is running on hotel mode.
And they are using OHL to link as PMS interface. And there's another v24 interface for output of call ticketings.
The customer don't have license for IP call ticketing. In the past it worked for quite sometime and the hotel PMS transactions should come out in J format which is together with the call billing as well. It has already worked almost 2 years without any issues.
But now even the PMS and call tickets doesn't show in hyperterminal when captured. But in third-party interface software, I can see their software is capturing the PMS transactions from my PBX.....
So now I'm totally stucked with how the calls are generated through the IP and especially in J Format, my supplier kept asking this from me and I'm puzzled.

Re: OHL Link Problems
Ok correction, you are right, hyperterminal cant capture them.
Now I will try to resolve related issues first and post them here if still face problem.
