Dear All..
I received the Main & CTI software key from alcatel after i put it into the system it's giving me the expiry date...looks like wrong software file.
OXO- R.610/014.003.
Note:- i cross checked the Main & CTI license file has the same Name as the CPU ID. Here i have enclosed the file for your reference guyz.
Any idea folks...thanks in advance..

If you have just received these from Alcatel maybe they are for R7.0?

Yes your correct this keys showing R.7.0 and in OXO R.6...this is the clash...i can't use the software key which is R.7 in OXO R.610...

So upgrade to R7. One of your sales guys when making add on (with Actis) on your system made a software upgrade, too.
