Timer
I have a processing group who wants external calls to overflow to a mailbox after 36 seconds of ringing. I change the ring supervision timer to 360 and at about 30 seconds of ringing the call is dropped. If I change the timer to 28 it picks up right away. I raised the overflow timers in external class of service for the trunk group to 700 but it still disconnects the call. Any ideas on what timer I may be missing?

Voice mail
I believe it has to do with not being able to overflow to the ghost z voice mail, maybe Fac COS?

Overflow to VM on a PG
Hi
This is definately not a timer problem.
You are correct in setting the value to 360 (maybe a little higher to get exactly 36 seconds), but you must look at your Class of Service settings as that is what is dropping the call.

It's a bug
Alcatel R&D are looking at it. Timer ring supervision in PG regulates overflow. It should work.
