ops failure

How can I get ops file from PBX? Due to it seems it is damaged
People from ACATEL Mexico told me they canÂ´t read the zip file, when they try to retrive that information from my PBX, so I thinking it coud be posible to rebuild it in some way

If cant read it may be damaged. use swinst to reload OPS.

Try to go into the mao directory (type cdmao) , then sent them the hardware.mao and software.mao

If not, go into /usr4/BACKUP/OPS and delete everything in this folder, then go to swinst, and try to BACKUP MAO TO CPU from the easy menu then go back to this folder, and check the zip file

If not, try to do a fichges -force_dico_recovery , reboot , and try again ?
