On my board all point DISCONNECTED from ground - in this case I have PRA T2 (MG-PRA E1 in ngr) in services.

May be you have "hidden" strapping? F.e. soldered wire?

The very 1st thing that i've checked with multimetr (Ohmometer? universal V/A/Ohm/uF) if it's connectetd or not :)
