erma login

I has a customer using OXE common platform erma modem to log in
It is an inbuild modem unlike external modem there is a switch to turn on and off.
I follow using the erma trouleshoot guide but without success.
I has experience from a site which I restart the system and it work.

Is this so please help me

OXE has internal modems, what you need? The configuration?

First time i hear an OXE modem is hang up. How did you determined it?

You can reach it:

Application > e-RMA > e-RMA Application

Try to change the number

The device is:

/dev/e-rma

Incidents and connections:

ermahisto --> Show incidents and history
ermahisto -1 -->> Show previous data before reset
ermahisto -c -->> Current connexion (If it is really hang up it should show something)

Also if you launch a "ps -edf |grep rma" you may see and kill the process running

Click on ANONYMOUS ACCESS on the bottom of the login screen
