Call by name with 4018

Do we can use the "call by name" function with a 4018 phone.

I have a notice which explain that is possible but I don't know if it's a oxo notice or oxe
notice.

OXO - yes (use dynamics key, navigate into the menu and search for Call by Name).
OXE - No
