Do not disturb - tone
Hi!
Could you tell me how can I change Do not disturb tone on external call??
I would like to have a busy tone when function is on and someone is calling me from external number. At this moment when I call the number where the function Do not disturb is on, I have information the "number is out of service". Could you tell me how can I change it to busy tone??
Thanks for help me.
Peter
PS. Sorry for my english.

Re: Do not disturb - tone
Hi. Create a prefix to listen to the tones, the prefix name is something like Tone Test. Then use a phone a look for the tone you want to change. This tone is a Voice Guide so you can delete it and create a Tone (same number as the Voice Guide you deleted) and configure it as the busy tone. I hope you understand me.
Regards.

Re: Do not disturb - tone
I think you have "wrong number" becouse you allow overflow for user in DND position and overflow number wrong. Forbid overflow in public network COS.

HI,
could you tell me where can I find offerlow for user in DND position? I was searching in: Categories -> Access Category -> Consult/modify... but I can't find this offerflow.
This is what I have on t3 view in this situation:

What I should change to hear "busy tone" or something like this??
I would like to have information that the number is correct but is busy.
Thank You for help.

Re: Do not disturb - tone
Hi,
today I created the prefix to listens the tones and I changed the tone (17) to busy tone. It works fine but only for internal calls. In external calls I still have information that the number is out of service. I think the problem is with message send from my PBX to operator PBX: "DESTINATION OUT OF ORDER" and in this situation my operator give that information: "the number is out of service". How can I change this message to "DESTINATION IS BUSY"?? Is this possible??
Regards.
Peter.

Re: Do not disturb - tone
Check DID overflow on total busy - must be 0.

Re: Do not disturb - tone
I checked this in categories (public network categories - 2 - this has that user)
I have "0" in DID overflow on total busy. (Day, night, Mode1, mode2 = 0)
Regards.

Re: Do not disturb - tone
I check in my test system - user in DND position recognized by PBX like "Out service", not like "Busy". And during incoming call PBX send "user out of order".

Re: Do not disturb - tone
Is this possible to change this PBX recognized from "out of service" to "busy"??
or is this a standard function and can't be modify?
