Bics password..help!

Hello,

I'm installing a BiCS server from Factory Reset option.
When I arrive at point of "Virtual Machine Reinstallation without Backup" the vmManagement virtual machine must be configured manually. The Windows 2003 Server license must be also activated manually and I need Open a root session to configure the network access of the BiCS server but I have a problem. The login is incorrect. I put root login and don't set a password, and the server answers me that the login is incorrect. I need the login or password in order to configure the vmManagement virtual machine. Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!

We don't provide any passwords for system access. Please refer to documentation or open a support ticket with Alcatel.
