Thanks ET. Now i managed to make outgoing call to external call. But my caller ID number shown is my main line number not mine DID number. Anybody know how to make a DID number for net meeting is it in numbering plan or ARS?

Hi all,

I've try all steps as suggested by mr.et.
the weird things are i can call from sjphone to pbx (recieve "unknown call" at phone set display however)
but i cannot make call from pbx to sjphone (recieve "trkgrp unobtain" at phone set display)
do anyone ever experience this before?
what should i do?
