Voicemail playback on phone set

Hi everyone,

I am fairly new to OXO and need your expertise and assistance on this.

I have configured such that when a user has a new voicemail an email notification will send to his/her email. He/she can play the message on the phone set by clicking on the hyperlink.

When they click on the hyperlink, a message pop up saying that "Could not find an URL to launch." or it opens up another tab in the Lotus Note

Can you please guide me what have I missed out or how can i fix this?

OMC v6.1.5
Email Application: Lotus Note v8.1

Can you show us a copy of the e-mail a user gets when they receive a new voice mail?
