Change of 4400 numbering plan

All those commands that we don't really use very often, but that we should ! Documented or not, they worth it !

Change of 4400 numbering plan

I have to change all extentions of a 4400 system, adding the digit 4 in front of the existing numbers.
There is a tool (numtr) to do this modification.
However it is not very friendly and there is no help menu. Has anyone used this tool ?
Please give me a hint

Yes I have seen it, but I need help in order to use the tool.
There is no explanation for it in the forum
