4068 Personal & menu Page

Post by anwpjq »

Hi,

Does any body know how to get the logon button for a 4068 call center handset onto the personal page. I can move it around on the menu page but not across to the Personal page. :)

Impossible, then why to have several pages? That can't be a complain, it is a request and just say "No way". Users may ask candies too but we have no why to accomplish all their silly questions.

Hi, I havn't tried this on a 4068 but on the old reflex sets we could program a key with the ACD prefix ( set in the prexix translator). you needed to on the first phones. You could try programing the key with the prefix followed by the login code (6).
codes are...
1 unavalible
2 wrap-up
3 supervisor call
5 log off
6 log on
92 manage welcome guide

yes this works - programmable key with ACD Prefix and 6.

EG: ACD prfix = 2222
Then prog key content = 22226 and set Mneumonic to text 'LogOn'

Candies! - All depends on who asking for them and how they asking for them. I generally find that polite customers get more out of their systems than impolite ones - god knows why!
