Broadcast voicemail to all boxes?

Is it possible to send a "broadcast" voicemail to all boxes on the system - that is, create a single voicemail message and have it delivered simultaneously to every box? Along the same line, is it possible to create "groups" of voicemail boxes, by department for instance, and send a message to everyone in the group?

Hi. With 4645 you have distributions list. With this you can create groups of 50 members.

Distribution lists are also available on the 4635. A distribution list can also have sub-lists in it. Example: your distribution list may include the Administration distribution list, Accounts dept distribution list, etc.
I can forward you documentation as to how to configure type6 distribution list type mailbox.

As far as i know, in 4635 there is a possibility for the System Manager Mailbox (Default MB 9999) to send a Message to all Users.

But the Message LED does not turn on, the Users hear the Message when thes access their VM Box the next Time.

I Cant try it here.
