Only one Break-in/Break-out Call at a time

Hello,

we have an two seperate OXO with one board VOIP 8 in each side and 8 channels to wan as voip trunk but the problem is only one of break-out call at a time?

how to config OXO to maximize the 8 channel of voip ??

Two things to check:

1. Make sure that you have all 8 ports set as VoIP channels under "Voice Over IP > VoIP: Parameters".

2. Make sure that all 8 VoIP ports are in the required secondary trunk group, eg 460.

From there we can look deeper.

1. I double checked all on VoIP Parameter are correct.

2. VoIP Trunk are in Secondary Trunk via ARS

Is this what i've done is right?

Have setup two oxo on the same LAN.Each with two H323 trunks.So being on the same LAN
means BW should not be the cause of call failure.Also registered the full ISDN number in the installation number of oxo used for breakin and breakout.Issue might be with the ARS configuration.Besides ARS ,Joining under the traffic sharing and EXT/EXT enabling under features design,is the any parameter to be changed in memory read/write area(labels timers ect,)
