Pimphony runtime error 91

Hello, I am Using Pimphony 6.3 build 1930 on a Windows 2000 System.
I use Pimphony about 8h daily and in this time i get 4-5 times a runtime error 91.
The program crashes and i have to restart it. This is realy annoying.
I have the newest .Net update and the pimphony patch.
A reinstallation didnt help too.

I am also having this problem. Rebuild of the workstation did not help. We are using Windows Vista (32bit).

Interestingly enough, we are using the same version of Pimphony. We are also using it in Operator mode (yet in the title ar it is reading Pimphony Team).

This will occur after answering about 3 calls. The issue occurs when actually trying to pick up the call using Pimphony rather than the console itself.

Any help would be most appreciated.

There are already PIMphony 6.3 build 1970. You can make an update of your version.

Thanks for the answers. I updated it and it didnt help...
I thought this could be a problem in the network, but I installed pimphony on
a Testsystem in the same network and it worked fine. I dont unterstand it.

Your version of Operating System must be: Microsoft Windows® 2000 SP4 Pro.
What type of OS you have on Testsystem?

I installed Windows XP Professional with SP2 on the system.
Still the same Problems...

May be you have some hardware problems on your PC (memory)? If it worked fine on the Testsytem.

I have the same problem. Error 91 appears when I'm openning the contact list or try to enter a new contact.
I'm runnig Win7 and PIMphony 6.3 Build 2085.
May be the bug could be fixed like http://www.daniweb.com/forums/thread51526.html?

Sorry for reviving a topic this old.
I just thought I should share my experience with Error 91 in this particular context of the contact list.
When accessing the contact list, a pop-up error windows shows the following:

Error 91 : Object variable or With block variable not set

It turns out this is due to the database file that contains the contacts being corrupted, either form a hard drive error or other that could corrupt the file.
The file is 'list.mdb' and can be found in 'C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\Alcatel PIMphony', this is on Windows XP.
On Windows Vista and later it probably is located in 'C:\Users\(username)\App Data\Roaming\Alcatel PIMphony'
