Problem with caller id in oxo

When a customer calls to a company in the display of digital phone shows the name of the line for example: 2281442 or if you do not have caller id line 3 is shown and there is no problem.
The problem happens when this call is transferred to another phone and the display shows the telephone number 2500165 or another also when the call is returned by for doesn´t answer appears 2500165.
I turned off the caller id on trunk ports and extensions but the problem continues.

Please if you have some idea for this problem reply me.

Hey Jimmy,

I have the same Issue with an OXO I Installed it in the last two months the release is ALZAU700/023.003

I have replaced the CPU and created new database mannually. After testing the first time it all seemed ok, but after a week or so the problem re acurred.
In my case the call bounces back and shows a certain speed dial name or the number when the entry is removed from the common speed dials.
Please help
