wait timer beforde entering suffix code

can anyone please tell me if I am able to reduce the wait timer before I am able to transfer a call or enter a suffix code on OXE. I have to wait approx 5 - 6 seconds before call is in conversation after connect before suffix can be entered. I have gone through the timers and can not find one that might be this one
