How to create a file in the redundant partition?

First,check whether this file is copied when you duplicate DB on a second partition with swinst : Expert menu/Cloning & duplicate operations/ Partitions duplication/Duplicate database.
Beforehand, second partition should be installed with right OS version and delivery
