Is there anybody in the house can recommend were we can buy the Z24 analog line board?

You probably need to buy one from a business partner in your area. I am unsure if Alcatel have stock or repair these cards, as they have been phased out with the introduction of the z32 range.

I know of some Australian BP's who may be able to sell you one, but it is probably cheaper and easier for you to try local first. Let me know how you go.
