No data in Pilot report

Hi All,
I had manage Call center
In trunk group\trunk parameter I had put trunk routing numer is pilot number
it working fine
BUT when generate report (Pilot activity) is no data in report

Any I dea are strongly appreciate

If you call the Pilot directly and get Pilot statistics, do you get anything? Try to create a new pilot and see if this one recollects stats.

Hi, I got some news
When call coming in is not consider as ACD mean system consider incoming call as normal call that why it no data in pilot report

How ever I still can not sovl this problem
Any idear are welcome

Try to make the call forwarding to the pilot not in the trunk group parameters but from the DDI Number Translator.

It works fine for me

But what i don't understand is why if you call to your pilot internaly it doesn't take that statistic. Did you create your hybrid link?

I believe that if you call your pilot internaly it is not an ACD call so it is not counted.

Try creating a statistic pilot prior to the pilot, and take statistics with pilot breakdown. Will it count ??

Even in interne, with hybrid's link it works. We've not your answer about it phengvanna....

Have you tryed to call directly the number of your pilot ?

that is what i asked. internal calls to the pilot are also considered as ACD calls.
