oxe registration to an external h323 gateway

I have an OXE media gateway release 9 with a license of 8 h323 trunk.I want to register the Alcatel to a quintum external gatekeeper.The quintum gatekeeper is working ok with other gateway but not on Alcatel.I have configured an Ip trunk group and also configured external gatekeeper with the board address of the GD.I can be able to access the channels but when I start dialling the call is disconnected and the T3 command shows that there is no route.Also on the quintum gatekeeper I cannot see any registration for Alcatel.How do we register the alcatel to an external gatekeeper since I have read the r9 doc and i dont see anything extra I need to do

Hi. Don't panic. First of all, take into account that OXE has H323 v2, this can be a limitation some times. Then, check under Official TC (in this forum) for TC0027. Or you can download it from BPWS. Or you can give me your mail and I send it to you. Read that TC. I will be very useful. Regards.
