Previllege for outgoing calls to dial outgoing through DISA.

Dear Sir,
I have got a problem. I want to dial my office disa number from my home it is simple and i can. But i have to pick a trunk group and call another external number. I put my extension number in disa number in specific telephone services. suppose i can pick TG *1 from my extension number when im in office. From my home i can not access TG *1. It says The number dial in not authorized. so i used substitution i can access my extension number from my home but after picking my extension number i can not pick TG *1, same message (the number dial is not authorized).

check ur phonecos Joining incoming and outgoing 1 and No substitution -0

connection cos 5
cos 5 -1

Plus if it's a analog trunk make DTO joining true in the TG..it should work..

i didnt find any joining incoming outgoing in m phonecos...plz tell me wheres it?

Go to mgr > class of service > phone feature cos > review modify > select ur corresponding cos press enter then see below example ( bold letters )
