Not able to delete Dynamic Voice Guide board assignment

Hi,

I can not unselect (change) Dynamic VG file. Dynamic VG is assigned to GPA2 board which is currently OUT OF SERVICE. Crystal containing that GPA2 board is temporarily unplugged.

When trying to unselect file or delete assignment I'm getting errors like this: "processing Failure OBJECT -1: Sub-message number: Error, consult <Failure reason> object for mo..". Failure Reason contains no additional data. It is not possible to delete GPA2 card or Gpa Dsp Program.

I did simple workaround by creating new VG but I really want to find the right solution.

If I remember corryectly it was fix with a patch, did you upgraded to the last available patch in your release?
