Unable to transfer call from Analogue phone.

Hi,
I have a site using Audiocodes MP 112/114 using SIP. when a call is made to or from the analogue phone behind the MP112/4.
the call cannot be transferred from the analogue phone. DTMF digits are being sent from the device, (they can be heard at the
other end), but the OXE is not responding to digit 2 (enquiry consultation code). Does anyone have this problem or a solution.

Hi. Are you using flash button?. Then you will able to transfer a call. Regards.
