CLIP NO SCREENING Attendant

Hi,

I have the CLIP NO SCREENING working. So if I have a forward to my mobile I can see the caller number.

Is there a way to show the original caller number also if the call was transferred by the attendant?


A(external) --ISDN--> B (timeout to attendant) ---> Attendant --ISDN--> C (mobile)

So C should see the number of A

Not sure if there is a way since I have 2 ISDN call legs....but maybe...

First most important thing does ISDN provider allow to send ANY number as CALLING in outgoing call, in my country NO in all cases. If also in Your country, no reason to play on OXE.

CLIP NO SCREENING means the provider allows you to send what you want. You only lose the possibility to get detailed extension billings by your provider.

how this should work? your described scenario is not a forward so the NPD for ext fwd is not taken and before the transfer it is a normal call from attandant to the C why the number of A should send as calling number? So what you need is to send the number of the user which is on hold as your own number? I've never seen a system which support such feature.

It was just a request from customer and my first thought was also: not possible!
