Define a Customize Statistic CCS Report

I need to define a special report for a customer, they are needing that I create a report that shows calls Answered and Abandoned in the following segments:
00 - 00 Sec
01 - 09 Sec
10 - 19 Sec
20 - 29 Sec
30 - 39 Sec
40 - 49 Sec
50 - 59 Sec
60 - 69 Sec
70 - 79 Sec
80 - 89 Sec
90 - 99 Sec
100 + Sec
I am attaching an excel example report.

What help do you need ?
Your report already have those segments !

Please excuse me , the report that I was show you is not an Alcatel-Lucent CCS report, and I am needing create this report in Excel Statistics.

You wont be able to go to that granularity....you can only define 6 parameters so by default i believe it is 0-5, 5-10, 10-15,15-30 and 30-60 and anything after 60 will be reported on. So you can modify these under /usr4/afe/parameter.cfg under the hist pilots section. make sure you take a backup of this file before you vi it. After you make the changes you need to restart main_afe proccess.

Restart Main AFE is not enough. Before that delete the file F_STAT under /usr4/afe. It will be recreated after dhs3_init -R MAIN_AFE.
