GD complains connect to callserver failed after an upgrade

I had a stable environment with 301_26a.
When I applied 301_31, the GD board complains
"connect to callserver failed".
I can ping the CS from the GD and vice versa.
However the Ethernet Parameters for GD in mgr shows
0.0.0.0 for Board IP Address.
The mac Address is correct.

What about in the GD are the IP parameters still all right???

Hi ..

first in your GD make sure u configured the CS role address not the individual CS ip address.
second you can make it in IP parameters > INT-IP parameter > ethernet parameter checked by TFP = false and reboot the cs and GD and check...i am sure ur GD will be connected after u did above parameters...
