Fax Server rel 5.6 Incoming fax problem

Hi

I have faxserver Rel 5.6 installed.I am able to send/receive the fax internally.I am able to sent the fax on external numbers without any problem.

My issue is while recieving the fax on webadmin i receive only the initial page may be quarter page or half page....i cannot get the attachment completely....i cannot get the problem.

I had raised the eSR also but its taking a long time.

Has anyone faced this type of issue.
