ACL policy per VLAN basis

I Have some problem during my implementation, Can 6850 apply ACL policy per VLAN ,not per port as I read the manual.
e.g : I have this management VLAN that resides in VLAN 200 and i want that ACL policy applied only to that VLAN only (200) not other VLAN. Can 6850 do this?

Another option would be to create your ACL only for the management ports (SSH, FTP, etc) and destination network group "Switch" (This is a built-in group which is automatically created and contains all IP interfaces of the switch).
