After login to OmniPCX Entreprise, and wait for a while and the following message appears:

[xxx]>request 0 sent...
[xxx]>connection to PCX ... interupted

Reinstalling the software does not resolve this problem. The only way I can get this work is to install it in a new pc.

It seems the software kept record on my computer. What do I need to do to make it work again on my pc?

Thanks!

Check - may be you have on you PC more then one version Java. For 4760i open Java console and select another version (previous).

I have removed all the java programs from the control panel and reinstall the 4760i client. Now I only got Java 2 Runtime Environment Standard Edition V1.3.1_08 which comes with 4760i program. Unfortunately it still come up with the following message:

Connecting to xxx.xxx.x.xxx
Connected to PCX. XXXX
Request 0 sent to XXXX
Request 0 on PCX XXXX interrupted.
