Without management description - I think you will have NO answer. Question "I have no TAXA files, where problem" cannot be answered without additional info. (f.e. you have QSIG TG or private TG with network mode=yes - you will have no tickets).

Hi. Can you guide me where can i check this parameter you're mentioning? network mode=yes.

I found out more about my case. last year someone upgraded the OPS but did not upgrade the Release. Previously it was Release 7.0 running on OPS meant for 7.1.
After knowing this, I did an upgrade on the Release to 7.1 and restore back the database. Unfortunately the problem still exist. So my option is now left with reconstruction of the whole database or find out that golden parameter that is causing all these. I'm still hoping on the latter.

Thanx.

Sorry. Forgot to add.
After Release upgrade, I totally don't get any TAXA files anymore. even if i do a file compression. So, by trying to put things right, its making the current issue worse.

Hi. Yes I've rebooted few times hoping it would solved the prob but it didnt. I think the database is corrupted already. or There is one golden parameter that just need to set. Hope can find that parameter.

Thanx.

Hi,

Go to /usr4/account
- list out the file "TABJUSTIFM.idx & TABJUSTIFM.dat"
Copy these two files to a temp directory
eg.
cp /usr4/account/TABJUSTIFM.*/temp

- Run the command "dhs3_init -R INTERNAL_TAX"

If still cannot, activate the realtime metering to "ethernet",
- run on the console the command: eaccclt -cpu <IPaddress> -ascii

make some call and check any output.

You can also check on the accounting TC0868 for more troubleshooting guide.

Why dhs3_init -R INTERNAL_TAX if reset was done.
As I write some time before - question "Management OK but no TAX files" cannot be answered.

Show accounting management (may be item "internal accounting=no"), what filter used. If duration accounting used - managed in Duration accounting/ TG accounting period "At end of call" for your TG.
Present or not incidents about accounting?
