I have the following requierement, some user needs that he made a call to OXE and hung up, then in someway the OXE call him back so the could use OXE services, it's like a reversal DISA
Any Ideas?

I read about remote extension and tested, but that it's not what I need. I need a feature like we have on eRMA conection, when your tech call a number on the OXE, and them the OXE call him back.
Any Ideas.

Well, I think it's a good idea use a corporative trunk to DISA. I have a client with a corporative trunk working with DISA and the workers have some corporative mobile phones from the same plan and they can call to DISA trunk without any cost.
But I don't know how much it can cost. Depends on how many corporative lines they need... and I don't know if your costumer will think it's a good idea.
I can say that my costumer saves a lot of money using this solution but it's a great account with more than 4000 workers.
