Mobile 100 Cutting Off

When on a call handset will ring mid call and cut the call off. After this the mob 100 assumes the identity of another phone on the system. The handset gets locked at the same time. Remove the battery and reconnect battery handset returns to original configuration.

Return to Alcatel Germany to repair/replace it.
