Process PID: 3993 lp_cm

Post by enio.eltz »

Hi friends

Does anybody know what is this process at oxo linux "./tele_mnt/lp_cm "? I have an oxo who resets weekly with an error at this process. Below I show the trace from albator.log when the reset happens.

Nov 30 2009 15:20:31: supervised_alcatel_binary: Error. Trying to analyze the cause...
Nov 30 2009 15:20:31: supervised_alcatel_binary: Process (3993) exit !!
Nov 30 2009 15:20:31: processVcheckExitStatus result:
Nov 30 2009 15:20:31: Binary "./tele_mnt/lp_cm " [pid=3993], [SessionID=LP_CM] signaled by signal 11 (Segmentation fault)

I didn't have any errors two hours before the log up. The oxo simply resets. I already changed all the boards and I remain to have the problem.
I use CPU-4,VoIP and HD on main CPU.
I think I know the meaning of this process I can find something about the problem.

Thanks a lot.

Hi

I already did that, it doesn't solve. I have a service request opened with AL since July, 29th. AL has a big problem and I think they don't want to tell us. If somebody know what is this process tell me.

Thanks a lot.

Which version of software you have? Have you changed the hard disk? Is this SATA disk? If SATA - read the TC1241 P2SATA adapter.

Hi ET

I use release R7.10_030.001 . It isn't SATA. I read that TC. I changed all the boards, CPU, HD, VoIP, terminals boards, rack.
I believe AL has a general fault with CPU-4 and R7.1 and they don't want to tell me. Four months to solve a problem are a long time.
Today I received a CPU3m, I didn't have this hardware before. I will do a test there with this CPU and a release R7.00_018.002 .
For your idea, last Thursday we activated an OXO with this same release, on Friday it reseted twice, on Monday it reseted once. I did a downgrade to R7.00_018.002 and the problem seems solved. I had a problem with xmlsrv, I saw that at albator.log .

If somebody know what is this process tell me.

Thanks a lot.

What you could say about R7.1.1 = R710_052_007? Have you try it?

Hi ET

I will try that too. The problem is that AL allowed R7.1.1 = R710_052_007 and in its technical comunication Alcatel didn't say the list of corrections.
As I am without an answer from AL about my SR with them, my next two steps are use a CPU3m with R7.00_018.002 and without HD. I can use the system a few time without Hd. And after, if the reset remains I will use R7.1.1 = R710_052_007.

Thank you.
