DID o/f to Attendant

Post by t3 »

Hi,
I have 2 attendant, someone calls from outside direct to extention, if the extention not answer the call, it's overflow to attendants. Can I
set overflow from external call on unanswer set to 1 attendant only ?

Thanx

I think that attedants are members of atterdant groups. Can you try creating a new group for only one attedant ???

I don't know if it helps

If you allow overflow - you can use f.e. CDT in Entity (user) - declear night and day routing what you want - indnvidual attendant, att group or just another user.

DDI number to extenstion > No Answer/Busy > Attendent Group.
The call flow doesn't work.
My settings are
Users > Entity = 1, COS = 0
Attendant group = B0000, Member A0000 and A0001
Prefix > Number = 0 Meaning Attendant Call
Entity > Entity 1 >
Attendant Group Manager: 0
Traffic Overflow: T
Forwarding on routing: T
1st Night Routing: B0000
:
1st Day Routing: B0000
Anyone can tell me which parameter I lost :(

t3, the calls are overflowing to the cdt of the entity that the users are in.

Create a new entity and assign all your users to that entity. Then, in the day1/night1 routing, put in the individual call prefix for the attendant you want to overflow to.
