problem while creating a Agent in R7.0

Hi everybody. I want to know if someone can create a Agent type 4037 in an OXE R7.0. Perhaps someone can help me with the problem I have. When I try to create the Agent, the systems returns a "Operation Cancel". After this if I try again to create the agent with the same number, the system returns "Duplicate Object". If I look in the Numbering Plan, this number doesnÂ´t exist. Looking in the incidents, the system returns incident 1721 which is related with a backtrace. I donÂ´t know how to understand the backtrace, perhaps if someone can I will upload it in the forum. Can someone try to create a Agent in this release and tell if it works?.For more information I am using a CPU6 step2 and the release has the static patch install. Thanks in advance.

You have to now create all agents in Rel 7.0 as 4069 , doesn't matter whether you are using IP sets or not they all must be created this way.

Hi oldboy. I canÂ´t belive that but you are right, it works. Now the others Agent I try to create are hidden and if a want to use those numbers a "Duplicate Object" message appear. I will continue doing some tets. Thanks.

It seems more a DB problem, try to doing a PBX reset and then do a checkdb.

Hi. Yes, It seems like db problem. I use checkdb but it didnÂ´t return any problem. Now I just read the documentation and 4037 is allow as a Agent, but that set type is causing me problems. With 4068 I didnÂ´t have any problem. I will continue doing some test because I donÂ´t like this behaviour. I will keep you inform about this. Thanks very much for your help.

Hi people. Today the people from alcatel told me that this issue is resolve by patch 14, but I canÂ´t find it in the BP web site. I hope it will be to download very soon. Thanks for your help.
