reset of substitution resource jone

There is a certain number of resource jone in every node of alcatel 4400.If all the jones are busy or full then how to clear or refresh resource jone?If anyone knows this, please tell here.

Every node in 4400 have a number of resource zone, normally it's 5 zone per node.they are usedfor several purposes and one of their task is involved in substitution.when any user making a call using the substitution ,one ofthese zone get involved in that call.the problem is that when these zones all become full/busy or not working fine, the substitution feature doesn't work in that node.In that case we need to restart that node.I want to know that is there any way or command by which i can reset/refresh/clear these zone so that i don't need to restart the node.
