Forwarding external call to an external number.

Hi.

I have to sites. The scenario is that a user calls an isdn number connected to the first site. The number corresponds on a internal analog user who has forwarded his set on an external isdn number which is connected to the second site.

The problem is that sometimes works, sometimes the second site releases the call. If a call is made from an internal set of the first site, it works great.

Please advise. Thank you

Hi. Are you using ARS? try not to use it, use a professional trunk group seizure. Test this. I had the same problem in release 6.1 with ARS and I don´t know how to solve it.

I just try that but no luck. The second site still clears normal the external call

Hi. Sorry, but I don´t know an immediate solution for that. What I want to know is what do you mean exactly by external call: is a call using ABC? Perhaps the problem isn´t in your PBX and it is in the carrier.

Calls are forwarded through the public provider. If I set the first site to forward for example an incoming call to my cell phone, it is working correct.

The second site has also a toll free number attached. If I forward incoming calls from the first site to the toll free number of the second site through the public network, it also works.

It is strange because the toll free number corresponds to the same DDI PRI line. The fwd on the toll free works but not on a ddi number at the same PRI line

I checked it again more carefull.

It doesn't work all the time. On the first site that the forwarding begins I have the following incident :

The issue solved.

The ISDN of the first site was in point to multipoint mode. I contact my provider and they changed the line in point to point.

So now it works

In was not PRI but BRI (in t3 Call ref : 38, for PRI Call ref f.e. 02 38 ).
