Is there any one know how to trnsfer a mail voice from dedicate CS 4645 to PC

you have to buy imap licence for your 4645. after this (and a short configuration in the 4645 vmClass) you can use any email client that works with imap-mailboxes.

Hello Belkhiati,

If you have IMAP licenses I would recomend IMAP otherwise I don't know if there is an other way.

No, the only way is to use IMAP.
The voicemail resides on a unknown type partition, you'll have no access to the datas.
